This is an informational website. The conversations and help topics are examples, not a live chat. You cannot submit messages, upload files, or send caregiver alerts through this site. Our separate text notification service collects phone numbers only when you explicitly opt in by texting START to our number.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the GrandSherpa website, its example interactions, and the mobile numbers and consent information associated with our text notification service. Texting START to our number is separate from interacting with the examples on this website.
Information on this website
The site has no GrandSherpa account registration, contact form, payment form, or live chat. Choosing an example question changes the text displayed in your browser. The site’s own code does not send those selections to a server or save them after you leave.
Please do not enter passwords, verification codes, payment details, or other sensitive information into any service based on the sample conversations shown here.
Mobile numbers and text notifications
GrandSherpa values your privacy. We collect phone numbers solely for the purpose of sending automated system alerts and transactional notifications.
Data collection: Phone numbers are only collected when a user explicitly opts in by texting START to our number.
Mobile information non-sharing: No mobile information or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Hosting and external services
GrandSherpa is hosted on OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, page requests, and sign-in information, to deliver and protect the site. Platform sign-in is separate from the example interactions on this page.
Our pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load these fonts, which exposes connection information such as your IP address and request details.

Cookies and tracking
GrandSherpa’s website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect access to the site.
Sharing and storage
The example interactions do not create a conversation history or a GrandSherpa visitor profile. The website examples do not send alerts or share conversations with family members or caregivers. The separate text notification service uses mobile numbers as described above.
Information handled by hosting, sign-in, and font providers is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices, including retention and processing locations. This website does not set those providers’ retention periods.
